Confrontation

Whether it's the workplace or living in an apartment or condo complex, you're never supposed to directly confront a neighbor or a coworker because it could create animosity that may escalate to what could be illegal forms of harassment, intimidation or even physical violence.

Talk to a manager or supervisor. They should be professionally trained mediators and deal with situations in a way that deescalates the situation.
